PTM6000是专门为需要持久可靠性和优异热稳定性的应用而设计的一种相变材料 (PCM),比如汽车以及大功率、高性能的服务器。 PTM6000的性能和稳定性已经在各项加速老化行规测试中得到了验证,包括:在150°C(超过300℉)下加热烘烤3,000个小时;在-55°C至125°C(-67至257°F)之间的热循环以及高加速应力测试(HAST测试)。 新型PTM6000通过了上述全部测试,可以满足苛刻的散热需求,例如,狭窄的介面厚度、低热抗阻性 (<0.16°Ccm2/W @ 2mil) 以及长期可靠性。

PCM45F是Honeywell众多散热材料中的一种,它是导热的相变材料(Phase Change Material,PCM),基本的设计是减小介面的热阻值,并结合了导热粒子大小的排列来达到最佳的密度,与传统的相变材料比较,它可以达到80%以上的重量比。 PCM45FTM的相变温度为45℃, 此温度可以让PCM45FTM达到最佳的表面服贴效果。 产品规格:PCM45FTM卷状格式提供的标准尺寸从10mm*10mm到40mm*40mm(间隔为5mm). 储存条件: 使用前之建议储存温度为19℃-24℃,湿度﹤65%RH 如长期未使用,则建议低温冷藏,例如5~7℃. |

PTM 7000 |
Honeywell’s PTM7000 series, a super highly thermally conductive Phase Change Material (PCM) in both pad and paste formats, is designed to minimize thermal resistance at interfaces, maintain excellent performance through reliability testing, and provide scalable application at a competi-tive cost. Based on a novel polymer PCM system, this material exhibits excellent interface wetability during typical operating temperature ranges, resulting in extremely low surface contact resistance. A proprietary material provides superior reliability (pass 150˚C baking 1000 hours, HAST 96 hours, T/C-B 1000 cycles) and maintains low thermal impedance (<0.07˚Ccm2/W @ no shim), making the PTM7000 Series desirable for high-performance integrated circuit devices. |
